Baj-Pros offering includes converting of paper and board from reels and sheets for wide range of paper and printing industry. Our offer includes: • Converting board and paper from reels to sheets: converting possibilities are determined by our machines capacity and efficiency- grammage of converted material- from 36 g/m2 up to 1000 g/m2, length of the sheet- from 400 mm up to 2000 mm, width of the required sheet- from 360 mm up to 1730 mm. • Rewinding: alongside cut reel width from 400 mm up to 2500 mm and grammage less than 600 g/m2. • Cutting the reels: treating the reels which have damaged or damp front- cutting reels edges. • Trimming, cutting the sheets on the guillotine: trimming the sheets to the required size, max. length 1540 mm x 1550 mm. |
Composite offer includes also: - Flagging - Packing- standardized hot foil or stretch, there is possibility to establish the individual type and manner of packing. - Labeling according to the customers individual needs - Ream wrapping - Pallets to size of sheets - Top boards - Banding We are in possession of the warehouse's capacity of 1500 tones. We are able to unload the trucks and rail carriages cargo, as we possess the train cargo ramp. Our equipment are:: - 6 cutters - Rewinding machine, - Saw - Guillotine |
